Conditions of Goods with Warranty Certificates
1- The validity of the warranty certificate shall be as stated on the same
2- Having a warranty certificate with a laser hologram
3- Serial number on the equipment must be the same as on the warranty certificate
The warranty is not valid if:
1- Warranty certificate does not bear laser hologram
2- Serial number or laser hologram label on the good is disfaced
3- Any damage caused by physical impact such as breakage, scratches, bending, corrosion, and burning out of electrical equipment or the good’s board
4- Any repairs carried out by unauthorized individuals
5- Damage inflicted as a result of power surges and dips or the use of incompatible power with main components such as the chip set
6- Improper use of the equipment which is not within the determined standards of proper usage
7- Non compatibility of parts with each other
8- Severe dust and entry of liquids or other objects into the equipment
9- Any damages incurred as a result of viruses or software malfunctions
(Should any of the above apply, the good shall be returned to the customer without being inspected)
Important:
1- This certificate must be presented in order to benefit from after-sales services
2- The cost of repairing and replacing used parts whose warranty has expired shall be borne by the customer
3- Only those goods which are no longer manufactured within the validity of the warranty or for which Goalsun cannot procure parts shall be replaced with similar parts as approved by the After Sales Services Department and the difference in cost shall be charged to the customer
4- Additional equipment such as adaptors, batteries, remote control, wiring, etc) are not covered by the warranty
5- The number of on/off pixels on the monitor shall be in accordance with ISO-13406-2
6- Transport of the goods to the After Sales Service Centre is the responsibility of the customer
